This is our wine club; an audience to whom we can release small lot wines, creative experiments, and many times, single edition wines. Besides a little bit of each one of these wines being trickled about to distribution, this is your only way to experience these wines. We will be taking just 40 members this year.
Each quarter, timed with the seasons, you will receive 3 bottles of wine of our choice. If we have any more of these wines to give, enological all-star members will be the first to have access. In addition to getting these special wines, members will always receive the case price on all additional wine purchased, and 10% off other merchandise. Price - Free to join! 2013 Chaos - This is the grand vision of the farm starting to come to fruition. the first release of homegrown, Maine grown traditional method sparkling wine. farmed in a pre-industrial fashion and naturally produced, this wine is native yeast fermented, unfiltered, unsulfited, aged on the lees in bottle for two years, and bottled in a Brut Nature style. Just 15 cases released.
2015 Wildman Cider - Produced fromfruit gathered from our farm and other wild or old abandoned trees from the fields and forests in our locale. native yeast fermented, unfiltered, unsulfited, and bottle conditioned. Just 45 cases produced.
2015 Fermented on the Skins Finger Lakes Riesling - White wines are typically fermented with just the juice, but we decided to try fermenting this Riesling with the skins which gives it some tannin. White wine aromas with the tannin structure of a red.
2014 Whole Cluster Fermented Nebbiolo, Contra Costa County - A variety from the Piedmont of Italy, grown in California, fermented in Maine, Oh yeah!
